Since the founding of our company in 1980, we have been continually improving our professional production and marketing efforts. Our vision is to be the most specialized and professional production and marketing company in acrylic and amino resins. Our company was founded with professional technology and specializes in 15 types of resins, including high-level industry coating, waterproof building material coating, textile sizing agent, fiber processing binder, water-based environmental protection specialty chemicals, environmental friendly nail polish and anion electroplated paint. We are actively making our steps to become an international and worldwide brand.

 

Along with the end of the industrial times in 1990s, the new ear of knowledge economy was coming. We are devoting our energies to industry development, making our exterior equipment reach the international level. Moreover, we also make an effort to our interior part:

1. We unceasingly and diligently mold a strong core competitiveness in order to provide fine and low-cost products to our customers. Our core competitiveness consists of followings:

  1. Optimizing the operation of raw materials and manufacture procedures produces much more various products even under the same facility. Besides, the advantage of mass and automatic production lowers the cost of manufacture. Large amount of purchase allows us to negotiate for prices and minimize the cost.

  2. We implement ISO 9001: 2000 Version Quality Management Systems, totally executing the the policy of 100% quality control with and strictly follow our first priority – Quality. Moreover, we found a perfect team of technical services, assisting our customers in operation and formulas problems solving. We also dedicate ourselves to build a reliable enterprise image and complete the policy of 100% quality control.

 

2. We are continually making progress and build an essential ability of creativity, thoroughly reforming our interior so that we can lift ourselves to become the modern mode of business management.

  1. To build an essential ability of creative research: We form a strong research team. Our team integrates the technique and practices conscientious marketing research. We develop our products of every production line and launch the environmental friendly specialty chemicals, creating the “Blue Oceanwith our customers.

  2. To build an essential ability of creative sale: We construct a selling network and a strong team of sale, helping our company to mold an professional image and to become a reliable brand.

  3. To build an essential ability of creative management: We execute the management system “Balanced Score Card” to achieve the goal managment which is to master strategies, to build strong leadership, to manage as a team, to be cooperative and to bring the most ultimate efficiency into our company.

 

In 2002, we started to arrange “Balanced Score Card” system and have implemented it since 2004.

3. With this system, we proceed our three main strategies which are differentiation, low cost, and blue ocean, in order to launch our business internationally.

  1. The strategy of differentiation considerably raises the width and depth of our products and service. Namely, we have complete products, integrated technique and excellent services so that we can satisfy our customers. Because the first step of transforming was very successful, it helped us to establish a firm foundation of our core competitiveness.

  2. The strategy of low cost considerably raises the competitiveness of production lines and reaches the international level. We provide our customers with high competitive and the best value products to maintain our high competitiveness on customers.

  3. The strategy of blue ocean designs: (1) personalization, high quality and benzene free oil-based acrylic resins for coating; (2) green building materials and water-based specialty chemicals for oue customers. (3) We break through the bottleneck of world nail polish technique and successfully develop odorless and non-toxic perfume nail polish which is made of natural flowers, fruit and plants. Our water-based nail polish can be easily peeled off, but is also durable and long-lasting. We also manufacture, market and distribute our own nail polish worldwide for satisfying all nail polish users around the world.

 

In the future, water-based coatings and specialty chemicals will be primarily composed of water-based acrylic resin; other resins are assistant components. YUTA Resin is the most specialized and professional production and marketing company in acrylic and amino resins. It's our inevitable responsibility to carry on the future trend which will be healthy, green and environmental friendly.

西元2002年開始籌劃建立「平衡計分卡」,2004年開始實施,進行差異化、低成本、藍海三大策略,以達營運國際化。

  3. 藍海策略配合顧客研發(1)客製化,高質化,無苯等高級塗料用油性丙烯酸 樹脂。(2)健康綠色建材等水性特化品。(3)突破世界指甲油科技瓶頸,研發成功無臭、無毒健康化妝品級香水指甲油(以天然花果植物,提煉精華水溶液配製)及既可剝又不容易脫落純水性可剝式指甲油。自創品牌行銷,造福全世界女性。
